About the event
Monthly visits of fully equipped mobile medical van providing free blood glucose andblood pressure screenings, health education on healthy eating and clinical breast exams. Referrals made to health providers with abnormal findings. Collaborative project efforts between HGM CDC Food Pantry, St. Luke's Mobile Medical Ministry and DeSoto Healthcare Center Rural Health Clinic (Project FISH).
